Biswanath Upazila Football team beat Osmani Nagar Upazila team by 1-0 at the Abul Maal Abdul Muhith K-sports Inter-Upazila Football Tournament on November 1 in Sylhet.
The tournament had been jointly organized by Sylhet Divisional Sports Association and Sylhet Football Association and supported by K-Sports. 13 football teams participated in it.
The winning team was awarded taka 1,00,000 while the runner up team was awarded 50,000 taka.
The ‘Man of the Finale’ award was given to Biswanath’s Jasim, who was given a prize money of taka 5,000.
