Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club defeated their BPL opponents Chittagong Abahoni Ltd 2-0 at Bangabandhu National Stadium, Dhaka on Saturday afternoon.
The Dhanmondi team got an early lead in the game as their foreign recruit Ebou scored his only goal at the fifth minute.
Later at the 37th minute, Jamal’s fate was secured with another foreign recruit Solomon’s goal.
After this match, Sheikh Jamal are now at the 6th position on the table with 27 points from 22 matches while Chittagong Abahoni are the seventh with 23 points having played one game less.
