Job Nature: Full Time.
Role Summary:
 As part of the BFF’s Technical and Football Development Plan and as part of the Technical Department, implement short and medium-term plans for Women’s Football in Bangladesh.
 Responsibility for the development of Women’s Football initiatives in the Districts and Divisions in Bangladesh.
 Responsibility for the development of Women’s Football initiatives & activities in Bangladesh.
 Responsibility for the organization and management of specific Women’s Football Competitions.
 Liaise with the education department for the development of regional and national girls schools Football Competitions.
 Responsibility for the organization of a regional and national Women’s Football Competitions.
 Develop an elite Women’s Talent Identification Programme in Bangladesh.
 Responsible for the coordination and management of the elite Women’s Academy at the BFF House.
 In conjunction with the Head of Coach Education organize and manage a Women’s only Coach Education Course.

Reporting to Technical & Strategic Director.
