Job Nature: Full Time.
Role Summary:
 As part of the BFF’s Technical and Football Development Plan and as part of the Technical Department, implement short and medium-term plans for Participation and Grassroots Football initiatives.
 Responsibility in the districts/sub-districts and divisions for the development of grassroots and participation initiatives.
 Responsible for the planning and development of Football participation activities in the districts/sub-districts and divisions. (Clubs and Schools)
 Responsible for the implementation of grassroots programmes to develop coaches and players in the districts/sub-districts and divisions.
 Responsible for grassroots programmes to assist the support of clubs and commercial academies in the districts/sub-districts and divisions of Bangladesh.
 Support the development of grassroots players through the network of player academies in Bangladesh.
 In conjunction with the Head of Coach Education organise regional grassroots coach education initiatives.
 Responsible for the development of grassroots competition to aid the service of introducing players, coaches and referees to the game.
 Develop a programme of Grassroots Football days in the Divisions in Bangladesh.
 Develop an application for AFC for Grassroots Charter Football Award.

Reporting to Technical & Strategic Director.
