Job Nature: Full Time.

Role Summary:

 As part of Phase 3 – BFF Football Development Plan, One Game, One Vision, One Dream 2020 in the districts/sub districts and divisions identify, recruit and develop young developing players (Male and Female).

 As part of the BFF Football Development Plan One Game, One Vision, One Dream 2020 and part of the “Golden Age of Learning” plan, prepare and assist, Divisions.

 Develop players in residency age group pools as part of Elite Youth/Women development.

 International Player and Team Coaching.

 Deliver coach education and development programmes to develop coaches at the Grassroots level of the game.

 Profile players from U12-U19 (male and female) during competition activities.

 Deliver specific coach, player and club development programmes in the districts/sub districts and divisions.

 Reporting to Technical & Strategic Director.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

 As part of the BFF Football Development Plan, One Game, One Vision, One Dream 2020, in structured districts/sub districts and divisions responsible for the selection, identification, recruitment and development of young developing players (Male and Female).

 As part of the BFF Football Development Plan, One Game, One Vision, One Dream 2020 and part of the “Golden Age of Learning” Responsible for the planning, preparation, development in districts/sub districts and divisions. (Clubs and Schools).

 Responsible for the implementation of the BFF Football Development Plan with the delivery of player and coach development programmes to develop coaches and players in the districts/sub districts and divisions.

 Over the consistent weekly, monthly periods identify the best talented and gifted players and coaches from U12-U19 (male and female) through selection and competition initiatives.

 Develop players in residency age group pools as part of Elite Youth/Women development.

 International Player and Team Coaching.

 Over the consistent weekly, monthly periods profile the best talented and gifted players and coaches from U12-U19 (male and female) through competition initiatives.

 Recruit the best talented and gifted players and coaches from U12-U19 (male and female) and implement the next phase of the programmes.

 Responsible for the development of research to aid the service to the players and coaches in the districts/sub districts and divisions.

 Responsible for player profiling for all players’ and coaches to aid their development.

 Responsible for players and coaches from U12-U19 (male and female) to have enjoyable experiences through competition initiatives.

 To act, at all times, in a manner appropriate to a representative of The BFF.

 To ensure that all players and coaches through the collaboration process act in an appropriate fashion.

 To promptly communicate with the Technical Director on any important information.

 Attend pre-agreed technical and strategic meetings.

Educational Requirements:

 Coaching qualification, AFC ‘C’ Certificate or equivalent or above.

 Domestic, representative, national and or International playing, coaching experience.

 Experience of Grassroots and Youth Football.

 Experiences with talented and gifted athletes, performers, players and or sporting teams.

 Experiences with foundation coaches and support staff.

 Experience in grassroots, Youth related environments.

 Experience of developing young female player’s technical development.

 Experience of supporting players (male and female) in a COE or an Academy programme.

 Desirable

 Additional work related qualifications.

 Academic teaching qualifications and experience.

 Positive approach to player and coach development.
